Registry Terms And Conditions

Our baby registry is a free service provided to you, our valued customers. Your registry serves as a wish list for your friends and relatives to view and purchase your favourite items. It is a convenient way to get all the necessities for your newborn baby. We offer a one-time 10% discount to you, the registrant, for the outstanding items that are left on your registry. We recommend that you include your baby shower date, as it gives our purchasing department an idea as to when your items are needed by and to ensure that we have as many of your desired items in stock for that particular date.

Terms And Conditions

  1. Registries must be opened for a minimum of 2 weeks and with at least 4 separate transactions made on the registry by customers other than the registrant. All 4 transactions must combine to total a minimum of $100 before taxes.
  2. Registrants are entitled to a 10% discount on all non-purchased items left in the registry which are in stock at the time of purchase by the registrant. This registry closing discount is a one-time event and is for an in-store purchase only. It does not apply to sale items, returned items (including different color or style of the same product), discontinued items, and gift cards. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers or special order items. If the value of returned or exchanged items is 50% or more of the total value of purchased registry items, the registrant will not qualify for the 10% discount.
  3. Registrants must send in their registry closing request by email to registry@bbbuggy.ca. All closing appointments will be booked between Monday and Friday. Please indicate in your email your preferred location and that you would like to take advantage of the 10% registry closing discount. We recommend that you email a list of items that you would like to purchase and allow 3 business days for us to check availability and gather the items before you come in.
  4. Please note that we will not be able to guarantee the availability of all the items on your registry. Products can become discontinued or unavailable from time to time. It is also possible that an item becomes unavailable after it is purchased due to a discrepancy between the system count and the physical stock. Please accept our apologies in advance if we are unable to complete the order due to a stock issue. Purchasers may choose to wait for an item to come in stock or have a store credit issued to the registrant.
  5. Registries will be automatically closed 12 months after the date of set up. The one-time offer of a 10% closing discount will also be terminated.
  6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions available online or in-store.
  7. All shipping and handling fees paid by the purchaser cannot be credited or refunded to the registrant. All appropriate shipping and handling fees will be credited back to the purchaser via the original payment method.
  8. All products will be shipped or picked up according to the shipping method specified on the purchase receipt. Any special arrangement could cause delay in the shipment. All items will be shipped from our warehouse to the shipping address provided or specified pickup location.
  9. Registrants will be notified via email once an order is available to pick up. The email will also indicate at which location the order will be available.
  10. The 10% closing discount offer will only apply to one registry per newborn.
  11. All returns done in-store will take 3 to 5 business days to process and for the credit to appear on the appropriate registry in-store profile.
  12. BB Buggy’s Shipping and Returns policy applies to all registry returns.

    To avail of the 10% closing discount, all terms and conditions must be met.
